Guidelines for Brands

Creator collaborations with more clarity, structure, and trust.

This guide explains how brand requests work on Collabbor, what creators see before accepting, how moderated negotiation works, when shipping information is necessary, and what standards brands are expected to follow.

Structured collaborations move in clear stages.

Each stage below can open a visual preview. Replace placeholder boxes with screenshots from your actual brand dashboard interface after uploading them into Webflow Assets.

STAGE 01

Submit a structured collaboration request

Brands define collaboration type, deliverables, compensation, posting expectations, usage rights, shipping requirements, and timeline before a request can be reviewed.

Upload a screenshot showing your brand request submission form.

Best approach: show a realistic but clean example request with filled fields. Avoid empty fields.
STAGE 02

Requests are reviewed before routing

Collabbor may review submissions before they are sent to creators. This helps reduce spam, misleading offers, unsafe communication, and low-quality requests.

Upload a screenshot showing “under review” or moderation state.

Show professionalism, not complexity.
STAGE 03

Creators accept, decline, or negotiate

Creators may respond directly through structured options. Negotiation messages may be moderated before delivery to maintain safe communication.

Upload a screenshot of negotiation or creator response interface.

Use realistic negotiation examples, not empty chats.
STAGE 04

Shipping details appear only when needed

Product-based collaborations may request creator shipping details. Paid-only, digital, or service collaborations may skip shipping completely.

Upload a screenshot showing shipping request flow.

Do not expose real creator addresses.

Different collaboration types require different expectations.

Every request should clearly explain what the creator receives and what the brand expects in return.

Product gifting

PR / Product seeding

Brands send products without guaranteed posting unless explicitly stated. Best used for organic discovery and relationship building.

Paid work

Paid collaboration

Brands compensate creators for agreed deliverables, posting schedules, and usage expectations.

Hybrid

Product + payment

Creators receive both product and compensation. Expectations should remain clear and realistic before approval.

Clear requests create better collaborations.

Brands should submit collaborations intentionally and avoid vague expectations or hidden requirements.

Before submitting

Include the essentials

Collaboration type, compensation, deliverables, posting timeline, usage rights, shipping requirements, and deadlines should all be clearly defined.

Communication

Respect creators

Creators are expected to communicate professionally, and brands are expected to do the same. Pressure tactics or manipulative negotiation are prohibited.

Expectation setting

Stay realistic

Collaboration requests should align with creator niche, audience size, and platform style instead of mass-targeting unrelated creators.

Brand standards

  • 01
No misleading offers. Compensation, deliverables, and collaboration expectations must be accurate.
  • 02
No spam submissions. Mass low-quality submissions or irrelevant targeting may lead to restriction.
  • 03
No abusive negotiation. Harassment, manipulation, pressure tactics, or unsafe communication are prohibited.
  • 04
Respect creator privacy. Shipping information and creator data may only be used for approved collaborations.
  • 05
No hidden obligations. Brands must clearly explain expected deliverables before creator acceptance.
  • 06
Collabbor may moderate communication. Negotiation messages may be reviewed before delivery.
  • 07
Credits are consumed after routing. Routing a collaboration request to a creator uses a collaboration credit.
  • 08
Collabbor may suspend brands. Fraudulent behavior, abuse, misleading requests, or repeated violations may lead to restriction or removal.
Collabbor facilitates structured creator-brand introductions only. The Platform does not guarantee creator acceptance, content performance, engagement, traffic, sales, or campaign results.
