These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Collabbor platform (“Platform”, “Collabbor”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by its owner as a sole proprietor based in Georgia.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Platform Role
Collabbor is a collaboration facilitation platform.
We provide structured submission tools that allow brands to send collaboration proposals to creators. We review submissions and route approved requests.
Collabbor:
• Does not guarantee creator acceptance
• Does not guarantee content posting
• Does not guarantee engagement, traffic, sales, or performance
• Does not negotiate on behalf of users
• Does not act as an agent, broker, employer, or representative of any user
We facilitate structured introductions only.
All collaboration terms, compensation, deliverables, and performance obligations are solely between the brand and the creator.
⸻

By using the Platform, you confirm that:
• All information provided is accurate and truthful
• You have legal authority to represent your brand (if applicable)
• You comply with applicable advertising, marketing, and disclosure laws
⸻
3. Collaboration Credit System
Collabbor operates on a prepaid credit system.
Credits allow brands to submit structured collaboration proposals.
⸻
3.1 Credit Plans
Starter: 1 credit — valid 30 days
Growth: 3 credits — valid 60 days
Pro: 5 credits — valid 90 days
Validity begins on the date of purchase.
Credits expire automatically after their validity period.
Expired credits are non-refundable.
⸻
3.2 Credit Deduction
A credit is deducted only after:
• The submission passes platform review
• The proposal is routed to the selected creator
If a submission is rejected during review, no credit is deducted.
Routing confirms delivery of the proposal to the creator.
Routing does not guarantee creator acceptance.
If a creator declines after routing, credits are not automatically restored. Restoration, if granted, is at Collabbor’s sole discretion.
⸻
3.3 No Guarantee of Outcome
Purchase of credits does not guarantee:
• Creator acceptance
• Content posting
• Deliverable completion
• Engagement results
• Sales performance
You are purchasing structured submission review and routing access only.

We may reject submissions that:

• Do not meet platform quality guidelines
Rejection during review does not constitute breach of service.
⸻
5. Negotiation & Agreements
Before collaboration confirmation:
• Brands and creators may negotiate deliverables and terms
• No binding obligation exists until both parties independently agree
Collabbor is not responsible for private agreements made between users.
⸻
6. Creator Non-Performance
If a creator accepts a collaboration and fails to deliver agreed content:
• Collabbor may issue warnings
• Repeat violations may result in suspension or removal
Collabbor does not refund credits once a proposal has been routed and accepted.
Collabbor does not guarantee enforcement of agreements between users.
⸻
7. Brand Misrepresentation
If a brand provides false, misleading, or incomplete information:
• Submission may be rejected
