This guide explains how collaborations work on Collabbor, what you will receive, what you must deliver, and how payment works.

01 Collaboration types

What types of collaboration exist

Product only

You receive a free product. No payment is included. Content is created only if explicitly agreed in the request.

Paid

Payment involved

You receive a fee in exchange for specific content deliverables. Timeline and format are agreed before you accept.

Product + Payment

Both combined

You receive the product and a fee. Deliverables and terms are defined in the collaboration request.

Affiliate

Commission based

You earn a percentage of sales. Tracking and payout arrangements are defined directly between you and the brand.

You receive a collaboration request

You receive a structured, reviewed request from a brand. It includes collaboration type, compensation, deliverables, and timeline.

Structured request with all details

This is the request interface you will receive access to. Each collaboration includes a unique request ID and a structured response page where you submit your decision.

You review and decide

Review the request carefully. Confirm compensation, deliverables, and timeline. Then accept or decline. Limited clarification may be requested. You must respond within 72 hours or the request expires automatically.

Decision required within 72 hours

If accepted — confirm shipping details

You confirm the final deliverables, posting timeline, and submit your shipping address if a product is being sent. Everything is agreed before any content is created.

7–14 day delivery window

Once you accept, you will receive access to a shipping details page. Fill in your address so the brand can send you the product. Your details are shared only with the brand for this collaboration.

You create and publish content

Produce the agreed content in your own voice and style. Authenticity is expected — the brand chose you for a reason. Disclose the collaboration clearly.

Must include #ad or paid partnership label

Collaboration complete

Share the published content with the brand. If payment is involved, it is released according to the agreed terms. The collaboration cycle is closed.

05 How payment works

Payment rules you need to know

Terms agreed upfront

Payment amount and method are confirmed before you accept the collaboration.

Timing defined in request

Payment timing is defined in the collaboration request — before, after, or split. Always review before accepting.

Direct with brand

Collabbor facilitates the introduction. Payment is handled directly between you and the brand.

Non-negotiable rules

Always disclose — every collaboration involving compensation must be labelled as paid partnership or sponsored
Accept intentionally — only accept collaborations you are comfortable creating content for
Deliver what you accepted — once you accept, you are committing to the listed deliverables and timeline
You own your content — only submit content you have full rights to. No third-party music or images without licence
No upfront payments — you are never required to pay any fee to participate in a collaboration
Review complete details — every request includes deliverables, timeline, and compensation. Do not accept incomplete or unclear offers
Check collaboration type — each request is clearly marked. Always verify before accepting
Use only original content — all images and videos on your profile must be your own. Third-party or Pinterest content is not accepted
Email is the source of truth — all collaboration details are provided via email. Always review the full request before accepting
Collabbor facilitates only — terms are agreed directly with the brand. Collabbor does not mediate disputes or guarantee outcomes
