Guidelines for Creators

Creator collaborations with structure, clarity, and care.

This guide explains how Collabbor requests work, how creators respond, how moderated negotiation protects both sides, when shipping information is required, and what standards creators must follow.
Basics

HOW THIS WORKS

Collabbor is built to make creator-brand collaborations clearer before anyone commits. Every request should explain what is offered, what is expected, and what the creator needs to decide.

Different offers need different expectations.

Each request shows what the brand is offering and what you are expected to deliver.

Product only

PR / Product seeding

You receive a physical or digital product. Payment is not included unless the request clearly states otherwise.

Paid work

Paid collaboration

You receive compensation for agreed content deliverables, timeline, and usage expectations.

Combined

Product + payment

You receive both product and financial compensation. Review all terms before accepting.

Commission

Affiliate

You may earn commission from tracked sales. Payout and tracking terms are handled directly with the brand.

Accept only when the request is clear.

A good collaboration starts before the first post is created. Review the basic terms before agreeing.

Creator responsibility

Accept intentionally

Once you accept, you are expected to communicate clearly and complete the agreed collaboration. Do not accept requests you do not plan to complete.

The process moves in clear stages.

Each stage opens a visual example. Replace the placeholder boxes with your platform screenshots after uploading them to Webflow Assets.

PROCESS

01

You receive a structured request

Collabbor reviews brand submissions before routing them. You see collaboration type, deliverables, timeline, compensation, and delivery type before deciding.

You accept, decline, or negotiate

Negotiation messages may be reviewed by Collabbor before the brand sees them. This protects both sides from spam, pressure, and unsafe communication.
