These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Collabbor platform (“Platform”, “Collabbor”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Collabbor [Legal Business Name].
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.



1. Platform Role

Collabbor is a collaboration facilitation platform.
We provide structured submission tools that allow brands to submit collaboration proposals to creators.
Collabbor:
• Does not guarantee creator acceptance
• Does not guarantee content posting
• Does not guarantee engagement, traffic, or sales
•Does not act as an agent, employer, or representative of any user
We facilitate structured introductions only.



2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
By using the Platform, you confirm that:
• All information provided is accurate• You have legal authority to represent your brand (if applicable)
• You comply with applicable advertising and disclosure laws



3. Collaboration Credits System

Collabbor operates on a prepaid credit system.
Credits allow brands to submit structured collaboration proposals.

3.1 Credit Plans

Starter: 1 credit — valid 30 daysGrowth: 3 credits — valid 60 daysPro: 5 credits — valid 90 days
Credits expire after their validity period.
Unused credits automatically expire.



3.2 Credit Deduction

A credit is deducted only after:
• The submission passes review
• The proposal is routed to the selected creator
If a submission is rejected during review, the credit is restored.
If a creator immediately declines, the credit may be restored at Collabbor’s discretion.



3.3 No Guarantee

Purchase of credits does not guarantee:
• Acceptance
• Posting
• Deliverable completion
• Engagement results
You are purchasing structured submission and routing access only.



4. Submission Review & Quality Standards

Collabbor reserves the right to review all submissions.
We may reject submissions that:
• Contain misleading information
• Misrepresent business details
• Promote prohibited or restricted products
• Violate advertising standards
• Do not meet platform quality guidelines
Submission rejection does not constitute breach of service.



5. Negotiation-First Model

Before confirmation of collaboration:
• Brands and creators may negotiate deliverables
• No obligation exists until both parties agree
Collabbor is not responsible for private agreements made outside the platform.



6. Creator Non-Performance

If a creator accepts a collaboration and fails to deliver agreed content:
• Collabbor may issue warnings• Repeat violations may result in suspension or removal
Collabbor does not refund credits once a proposal has been routed and accepted.
Collabbor does not guarantee enforcement of private agreements between users.



7. Brand Misrepresentation

If a brand provides false or misleading information:
• Submission may be rejected• Account may be restricted or terminated
Providing false information may result in permanent suspension.



8. Payments & Processing

All payments are processed securely through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
Paddle handles:
• Payment processing
• Tax compliance
• Checkout infrastructure
By purchasing credits, you also agree to Paddle’s Terms and Privacy Policy.



9. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
In summary:
• Refunds available within 7 days if credits unused
• Once a credit is routed, it is considered used
• Expired credits are non-refundable
Where required by law, mandatory consumer protection rules may apply.



10. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Platform to:
• Promote illegal products
• Promote harmful or deceptive practices
• Circumvent platform systems
• Harass other users
• Submit spam proposals
Violation may result in termination.



11. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their content.
By submitting information, you grant Collabbor a limited license to display necessary information for platform operation.



12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Collabbor is not liable for:
• Failure of collaboration outcomes
• Creator or brand disputes
• Financial losses
• Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for unused credits.



13. Account Termination

Collabbor may suspend or terminate accounts that:
• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the credit system
• Engage in fraudulent activity
We reserve the right to refuse service.



14. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.



15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
